NewVision is a prominent technology-based company specializing in customer flow management and queuing management systems and a leader in the industry.

In 2010, ECS partnered with a private co-investor and the management team to support the growth of the company, expanding its presence in foreign markets and rolling out an enhanced product portfolio, through R&D and an affiliate in Latin American, and through an investment in a new manufacturing space.

ECS executed full divestment on NewVision in 2011 to an affiliate of an international private equity firm, at a significant IRR.
