Vivamarinha is a five-star suite hotel in Quinta da Marinha, Cascais, one of Portugal's most prestigious coastal areas. With 138 rooms and 29 apartments, it offers luxurious accommodation in a prime location.

ECS invested in Vivamarinha first through a NPL acquisition and afterwards a negotiated takeover of the SPV in a pre-insolvent situation, recognizing the location and quality of the asset and the value-add potential. Implemented a commercial and operational turnaround plan, preparing the grounds for a real estate product transformation. NOI grew substantially during the holding period.

With the turnaround completed in 2015, ECS exited that year to an international hospitality operator and developer at a significant profit.
